- Transit Time: 2–3 Business Days (Monday–Friday)

Order Cut-off Time
- Orders placed before 04:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles) will begin processing on the same business day
- Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day

Once your order has been shipped:

Lost Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please take the following steps:

Return & Refund Policy
Return Window and Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
- Items must be new, unused, and in original condition, including all packaging and accessories
- Products must not show signs of installation, wear, or damage caused after delivery
- Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective items
- Customers must contact us at support@weaverseauto.com to request return authorization and instructions before returning any item
We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the above conditions.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include the following details:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the item and its packaging
- A brief description of the issue
After reviewing your request, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- A 15% restocking fee will be applied to non-defective returns
- Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 business days
- A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been issued
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:

Non-Returnable Items
