Refund policy

At Weaverse Auto, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the following policy to understand your options for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Return Window and Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be new, unused, and in original condition, including all packaging and accessories
  • Products must not show signs of installation, wear, or damage caused after delivery
  • Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective items
  • Customers must contact us at support@weaverseauto.com to request return authorization and instructions before returning any item

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the above conditions.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include the following details:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the item and its packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

After reviewing your request, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • A 15% restocking fee will be applied to non-defective returns
  • Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 business days
  • A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been issued

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  • Please check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company or payment provider, as processing times may vary

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items that have been used, installed, or altered
  • Products returned after the 30-day return window
  • Items returned without prior authorization
  • Products not in their original condition or missing components

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible items within the 30-day return window.

Customers may request an exchange if:

  • The product is defective
  • The product does not meet expectations and remains unused

All exchange requests must be submitted in advance by contacting our support team. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

After this time, cancellations may not be guaranteed. If the order has already been shipped, the return process will apply instead.
