Shipping Information
- Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (Pacific Time).
- Handling Time: Orders are processed within 0–1 business days (Monday – Friday).
- Transit Time: Most orders arrive within 1–3 business days via UPS Ground, FedEx, or our regional Reliable Mile fleet.
- Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $99 within the contiguous United States.
- Oversized Items: Select heavy or oversized items may incur a flat $75 Freight Fee, which will be clearly displayed at checkout.
- Restrictions: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or outside the contiguous US.
- Damage: Please inspect your package upon arrival and report any shipping damage with photos within 48 hours of delivery to weaverseauto@gmail.com.
Return & Refund Policy
- Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Authorization Required: A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and official warehouse label are required for all returns. Please contact us to initiate the process; allow 24–48 hours for the MRA label to be issued.
- Condition: Items must be uninstalled, unused, and in original manufacturer packaging. Do not write on or deface the original product box.
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping for non-defective items.
- Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to returns that are not the result of a manufacturer defect or fitment error.
- Final Sale Items: Custom-made Covercraft products and any items that have been installed or modified are non-returnable unless a manufacturer defect is present.
- Refunds: Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the warehouse inspection is complete.
